September 2009: Baoji Oukai Sputtering Targets Technology Co., Ltd was founded.
March 2012:It obtained the Self-Inspection Unit Record Registration Certificate, and has independent importing-exporting authorization.
April 2013: It obtained the Green Product Certification from NIPPON CHEMI-CON CORPORATION.
December 2013: It obtained Quality Management System Certificate for ISO9001:2008.
April 2014: Founding of Baoji ONUO Metallic Materials Import & Export Co., Ltd, subcompany of Oukai.

Baoji Oukai Sputtering Targets Technology Co., Ltd was founded in September 2009 with a registered capital of RMB 2 million Yuan, which is located in Baotai Old Area, Baoji City, Shaanxi Province.

Oukai covers an area of 2000 square meters, among which the workshops cover an area of 1200 square meters. Existing staff of about 30 people include a number of senior engineers as well as skilled workers.  Existing equipment: 6 sets of CNC machine tools, 2 grinders, 7 sets of heating furnaces, 20 sets of linear cutting machines, 2 sets of pipe mills and a tube-drawing machine.

Titanium Target, Zirconium Target, Aluminum Target, Nickel Target, Chromium Target, Tungsten Target, Molybdenum Target, Copper Target, Silicon Target, Niobium Target, Titanium Silicon Target, Titanium Niobium Alloy Target, Titanium Tungsten Alloy Target, Zirconium Titanium Alloy Target, Nickel Chrome Target, Silicon-aluminum Alloy Target, Nickel Vanadium Alloy Target, Ternary Cr-Al-Si Alloy Target and Ternary Ti-Al-Si Alloy Target etc..
